Kelly Osborn

 Kelly Osborn has been in the corporate and entrepreneurial arenas for over 20 years working for and with companies like Mattel, Fisher-Price, Dow, the Menu Manager, the LPGA, and numerous local non-profits. With her talent for developing and coaching teams, she quickly gained a reputation for leading highly engaged teams.  
 

Since becoming a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach, Kelly has coached hundreds of teams and leaders showing them how to grow talents into strengths and increase collaboration.

Rhodi Hinnant Cate

Known as an employee engagement and leadership development strategist, Rhodi Cate is passionate about helping leaders and teams increase capability, engagement, collaboration, and performance.

  

Rhodi spent 25 years in corporate learning and leadership development roles for companies like Starbucks, Mary Kay, FLEX, Pizza Hut, and YUM! Brands where she and her teams successfully guided thousands of individuals into leadership roles and helped leaders build more engaged teams.
